Object protection

When dealing with object protection in the context of terrorism and violent extremism, focus is on the specific critical assets that you want to protect. This could be a person, a server or other critical infrastructure that can be secured as a standalone object. This will typically be assigned a higher security level than the surrounding security layers.

It is important to be careful not to confuse this with the Danish trade association Insurance & Pension Denmark (IPD/ F&P)'s definition of object protection.
